![]() ![]() take the "info" you've shared w them, look at your account(s), check said "info" against your account-they look at EVERYTHING like what are your typical transactions and not only can but will likely spot, believe it or not, transactions, if there are any, that "don't seem right" aka STAND OUT as unusual given your account history, and whether or not any "RED FLAGS" catch this person's attention when they look into your account or should they happen to miss something, don't worry it's cool cuz they have already activated the financial institution's security software to see if there is or was a breach in their security that they werent aware of yet that let hackers in their system and into your account, etc. "This is fraud" (possibly true, probably not and there's no way for the person you've contacted to know whether or not it is fraud BUT they will do this. "FREEZE" your account (checking or savings), and/or your debit card, and/or your credit card (aka instead of closing or cancelling your accounts and cards which is usually unnecessary, they temporarily prevent your accounts from being charged-debited-while they investigate your CLAIM(S) that you believe are true and told whomever u spoke w at your financial institution when u contacted them, which often include but are not limited to these examples:ī.
